India's DPDP Act creates real, enforceable obligations for anyone who runs a website that collects personal data — from a two-person startup to a unicorn. Most existing "compliance" resources are either pure legal commentary or marketing wrappers for an enterprise SaaS sale.
We sit in the gap. checkDPDP gives you a free scanner that tells you exactly where you stand, plain-language guides that explain why each obligation matters, and tools that help you fix the gaps without hiring a law firm for routine work.

No fake counters, no fake testimonials, no fabricated certifications. If we can't verify something, we say so. The 'Secured by' badge has to be earned.
Free where it should be free
The scanner, the cookie consent manager, the policy generator, the rights handler — all free. We charge for team workflows and proof-at-scale, not for the basics.
Built in India, for India
The DPDP Act has Indian context — 22 scheduled languages, Indian regulators, Indian enforcement realities. We build for that, not for a global checkbox.
